All sales are final.

Purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once payment has been completed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowdge and accept this policy.

Private Atelier Sessions (Virtual / In-person )

Private Atelier Sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

Following purchase, our team will reach out to you with available dates and times for scheduling.

Strictly 1 resechuling is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. 

Failure to attend a scheduled session will be treated as a completed boooking.
