Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery fee is AED 30 for all locations in Dubai. 

Our express delivery fee is AED 50 for all locations in Dubai. 

 

Standard delivery : your receive your order within 24 hours (Next Day) from the time of placing the order.

Express delivery : You will receive your order within 8 hours from the time of placing the order. 

*No deliveries on Monday* 

For CASH ON DELIVERY (COD), an additional fee of 10AED will be added + shipping fee, applicable on all orders.

*Currently, we don't deliver to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Ras Al Khaimah - only pick-up available*

 

Returns, Refunds or Exchange 

No returns, refunds or exchange on perishable items such as foods. 

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

Cancellation

For order value of 300 dirhams or less: You can cancel your order 8 hours before the specified delivery time and you will be fully refunded.

For order value of 800 dirhams or less: You can cancel your order 18 hours before the specified delivery time and you will be fully refunded.

For order value of above 800 dirhams: You can cancel your order 24 hours before the specified delivery time and you will be fully refunded.

No refunds will be applied for any cancellation outside the parameters of the above specified guidelines.
