Our Standard Delivery Fee (Next Day Delivery) is 30 AED for all locations in Dubai, for Express Delivery (Same Day Delivery) is 50 AED for all locations in Dubai.
For CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) additional fee of 10AED will be added + shipping fee, applicable on all orders.
No deliveries on Sunday*
Currently, we don't deliver to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Ras Al Khaimah - only pick-up available*
Returns, Refunds or Exchange
No returns, refunds or exchange on perishable items such as foods.
Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
For order value of 300 dirhams or less: You can cancel your order 8 hours before the specified delivery time and you will be fully refunded.
For order value of 800 dirhams or less: You can cancel your order 18 hours before the specified delivery time and you will be fully refunded.
For order value of above 800 dirhams: You can cancel your order 24 hours before the specified delivery time and you will be fully refunded.
No refunds will be applied for any cancellation outside the parameters of the above specified guidelines.
